Elijah Johnson D.C. (Dr. Eli)
Chiropractic was founded on principles that focus on the body’s ability to heal itself. I had always supported natural solutions for disease prevention and mitigation of pain and symptoms. I myself have been a chiropractic patient since the age of two and have experienced the results first hand. When I began studying chiropractic, I realized just how incredible the design of the human body is and how effective natural healthcare can be.
I developed a passion for chiropractic through the many transformational stories I had heard and seen while at school. Because we live in a world with an overload of stressors, damage to the communication pathways between the brain and body can occur and prevent us from living at an optimal level of function and quality. At Good Life Chiropractic, our aim is to restore those connections to allow your body to heal and operate at its best. Practicing chiropractic allows me to continue learning and experiencing what the human body was created to do, and it is the gateway for me to provide hands-on help and service to my community.
I graduated from the University of Northwestern in St. Paul, MN with a Bachelors of Science in Biology. Along with obtaining my undergraduate degree, I also met my wonderful wife, Karen. I continued my education at Northwestern Health Sciences University in Bloomington, MN and became a Doctor of Chiropractic. It has been a long-time dream of mine to open a chiropractic practice, so I am thrilled to be serving Sartell and the surrounding communities through Good Life Chiropractic.
I have spent numerous hours outside of chiropractic school learning specialized techniques. My main focuses will be on the Gonstead Technique and Torque Release Technique. These techniques are neurologically based, focusing on the restoration of the communication pathways between the body and brain. They are specific, impactful, and minimally-invasive techniques that assist one’s body in reaching a greater health potential.
I have always taken interest in a range of activities. Whether it be playing sports like tennis, spike ball, or frisbee, spending time outdoors hunting or fishing, playing board games, reading books, brewing kombucha, or eating good food with my wife, I find myself to be living an interesting, fun, and really GOOD LIFE. Above all, it is my purpose and passion to serve the Lord through this practice and through my life. I can’t wait to meet you and look forward to partnering with you on your health journey!
