About Us
Good Life Chiropractic was created to bring personal, thorough, and practical chiropractic care to Sartell and the greater St. Cloud area.
Our faith shapes the way we serve—with integrity, compassion, humility, and respect for each person who walks through our doors. Our clinical recommendations are guided by a careful evaluation, objective findings, current evidence, professional experience, and each patient’s individual needs and goals.
We help patients better understand what may be contributing to their symptoms and provide clear, practical steps toward improved movement, function, and quality of life. We recognize the body’s natural ability to heal and adapt, while also understanding that meaningful progress often requires the right combination of care, movement, healthy habits, and time.
Good Life is not a typical adjustment-only chiropractic office. We take time to understand each patient’s story, symptoms, goals, lifestyle, movement, and nervous system function before making recommendations. Care may include specific chiropractic adjustments, functional movement and rehab, soft tissue work, low-level laser therapy, scans, digital X-rays when appropriate, and practical home care.
Dr. Eli uses both Gonstead Technique and Torque Release Technique, allowing care to be tailored to the patient. Some people need more hands-on, structural adjusting. Others need a gentler, instrument-assisted, nervous-system-focused approach. Many benefit from a combination.
Our Mission
Our mission is to provide honest, personalized chiropractic care that helps people move better, heal better, and feel more confident in their body. We take time to understand the person, not just the symptoms, so care can be clear, specific, and built around long-term health.

Meet the Team

Dr. Elijah Johnson, D.C.
Owner of Good Life Chiropractic
Dr. Elijah Johnson, known by many patients as Dr. Eli, has been a chiropractic patient since the age of two. That early experience shaped how he understood health and gave him a deep appreciation for the body’s ability to heal, adapt, and function.
He earned his Bachelor of Science in Biology from the University of Northwestern in St. Paul, Minnesota, and later became a Doctor of Chiropractic through Northwestern Health Sciences University in Bloomington.
Dr. Eli has spent many additional hours studying Gonstead Technique and Torque Release Technique. These approaches allow him to care for patients with specificity, using both structural and nervous-system-focused methods.
Outside the office, he enjoys sports, hunting, fishing, board games, reading, brewing kombucha, and good food with his wife, Karen. Above all, his purpose is to serve the Lord through his practice and his life.

Britt Stanly
Patient Experience Coordinator
Britt helps make each visit feel warm, organized, and supported. She helps patients schedule appointments, answers questions, and makes sure people feel welcome from the moment they connect with the office.
With a background in personal training, she understands the value of helping the body function well. Outside of work, she enjoys weightlifting, pickleball, board games, movies, and spending time with family.

Noah
Chiropractic Rehab Assistant
As a Chiropractic Rehab Assistant, Noah helps support patients through the rehab and movement portion of their care at Good Life Chiropractic.
Noah works with patients on exercises, mobility, stability, and practical movement support based on their care plan. The goal is to help each patient feel more confident in how they move, understand what they are working on, and continue making progress between visits.
